OLMCP

The Ohio Labor Management Cooperation Program is a network of community-based organizations that strive to attract, grow, and retain businesses and jobs by involving everyone in the organization.

Funded in part by the Ohio Department of Development, the OLMCP  works with employers, employees, and unions to develop collaborative initiatives that encourage innovation and flexibility to meet the demands of continuous change and global competition.

OLMCP partners conduct assessments, provide work-site training, sponsor workshops and conferences, and help groups operate at peak effectiveness.

In Memoriam

The OLMCP lost one of its leaders, with the December 2009 passing of Dr. John Logue. John was director of the Ohio Employee Ownership Center at Kent State University, and was a world renown expert in the area of employee ownership and democracy in business.

We all miss you, John!
