Assisted in improving labor management cooperation in more than
   700 manufacturing companies, service organizations, schools,
   healthcare organizations and local government agencies. 

Charged in-plant training fees less than half those charged by
   major consulting firms. 

Reached out to more than 100,000 employees helping make their
   employment base more secure and competitive. 

Trained 12,000 individuals from 2,000 companies with more than
   200,000 employees through public workshops at a cost of about
   one-third the fees charged by other training organizations.

The State of Ohio invests about $1 million annually in Centers and ALMCs through grants that are leveraged by locally raised funds.  In return, training and consulting services worth over $5 million are provided to local companies each year.
