This
structure allows programs and training to be tailored to organizations’
specific needs, which differ from one region of Ohio to another. The OLMCP has
been an effective economic development tool by anchoring existing industry more
firmly in local communities, retaining and expanding the pool of well-paying
white and blue collar jobs, and improving labor-management climate to make
relocation to Ohio even more attractive.
